Turn Mill Programmer cum Operator

DOOSAN PUMA GT 2600LM

Key Responsibilities:
• Program, set up & operate CNC Turn-Mill machines
• CNC programming using G-code & CAM software
• Read engineering drawings, process sheets & GD&T symbols
• Tool selection: inserts, holders, fixtures & workholding
• Complete machine setup, offsets & prove-out of programs
• Operate multi-axis machines (Live tooling, Y-axis, C-axis, Sub-spindle)
• Monitor machining operations & control feeds/speeds
• In-process & final inspection using precision instruments
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish & ISO quality standards
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling & program issues
• Improve cycle time & machining efficiency
• Maintain production & inspection records
• Follow HSE & PPE safety standards strictly
• Routine machine maintenance & housekeeping
• Coordinate with Production, QC & Engineering teams
