Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Equivalent Certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a maintenance role within a plastic extrusion or plastics manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), and temperature controllers.
- Familiarity with extruder-specific systems such as melt pumps, screen changers, die heaters, and cooling systems.
- Good understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced production setting.
