HVAC COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR

 8+ years’ exp in installation, testing, pre-commissioning and commissioning of large size Ventilation & air conditioning systems comprising chillers, Chilled water pumps, Air handling units, cooling towers, piping and building management system etc. He must have relevant exp in Air balancing and water balancing of HVAC system. He shall be well versed with international commissioning procedures and codes. He will also be responsible for maintaining all relevant records pertaining to pre-commissioning and commissioning and also ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance with relevant international codes. SALARY : OMR 280 TO OMR 300

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (HVAC/Plumbing/Building Electrical)

5+ yrs of hands-on exp in site construction of large hotels, hospitals, residential and commercial complexes, testing and commissioning of large integrated MEP projects with high quality construction standards. Expertise in any of the HVAC / Plumbing / Building Electricals disciplines and ability to management material and site progress essential.

SALARY : OMR 280 TO OMR 300

ELECTRICAL FOREMAN

7+ years of hands-on exp in site construction of large hotels, hospitals, residential and commercial complexes, testing and commissioning of large integrated MEP projects with high quality construction standards. Expertise in any of the HVAC / Plumbing / Building Electricals disciplines / experience shall be considered in “Foreman” category  SALARY : OMR 180 TO OMR 200

TIME KEEPER

2–5 yrs’ exp as Timekeeper / Site Time Clerk in construction or MEP projects. Good knowledge of attendance systems, timesheets, and manpower reporting. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports and submit to Site Engineer. Maintain proper records of leave, absences, late coming, and early departures. Track manpower mobilization and demobilization at project site. Maintain records of subcontractor labor strength and attendance separately. Support payroll team by providing verified time and attendance data. Basic computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word

SALARY : OMR 90 TO OMR 110

PIPE FITTER (MEP)

3–5 yrs Gulf/Indian project exp. Install, align and assemble MEP piping systems (CHW, HVAC, water supply, drainage & firefighting). Read and follow mechanical drawings, isometrics and site instructions. Cut, thread, bend and fit pipes as per project specifications. Install pipe supports, hangers and valves correctly. Assist in pressure testing, flushing and commissioning activities. Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes at site Follow site safety rules and use PPE at all times. Report daily work progress to Site Supervisor. Support fabrication and installation work at site SALARY : OMR 90 TO OMR 100

AC DUCT

6 yrs Trade Exp. Should be able to mark position of ducts and duct supports at project site based on HVAC Shop drawings and install duct work in position. Must have knowledge on duct joints, gaskets, sealants, grills etc. Gulf exp preferred SALARY : OMR 80 TO OMR 100
